When will call center bargained employees in SoCal get ESRO or ESB ?
@tk I’ve heard the same thing. I know that our supervisors are always talking about how the Platinum team is where to be right now if you are in sales.
Non-sales organizations are going to take a big hit around May-June according to folks in those business units. Sad. I’m among them and don’t know from week to week whether we will still have a job here, so looking around.
Every organization, with the exception of mid-markets Platinum, can expect ongoing cuts this year. MM Platinum is the only organization currently adding positions that I’ve heard of.
I heard CSO was going down by 35% in the next round of cuts in 2nd quarter.

Nope, not buying it. There are entire Teams under Legg hired outside of a Hub and working virtual. Everyone knows it and does not take any of this noise seriously. In other words we will believe it when we see it. Rules should apply for all including friends and family.

Heard CSO will have massive reorg in June. Still seeing level 3 hiring in non hub Charlotte of ex baich pal companies while cuts elsewhere. Non of these people hired know anything about networks or their security and only bank branch yet baich seems he'll bent on getting rid of ones that do.
Count on continued network breaches. Yet at all of his townhalls, he never speaks of cuts at non Charlotte yet happening regularly elsewhre and he's putting directors not colocated with reports which also "not allowed". Level 4s who he hired from Charlotte and went to Dallas are now "magically" being assigned back to Charlotte. Many seem to have never actually sold Charlotte houses. Continued nepotism at ATT

I don't understand cutting sales people, especially if they contribute enough sales to cover all of their expense, unless they just think that other sales people can easily pick up that territory. I get efficiencies, et al.
Consider yourself lucky then to be missed in this round of targeting - just because you did not get a letter does not mean no letters went out. I personally know multiple employees who received them Friday.

Public Sector got slashed today. Seems like about half of Tier 2 & Tier 3 got letters today with May 4 dates. Its disgusting. AT&T just paid to send Alliance Channel and Sales Managers to Vegas last week, only to cut high performing sales individuals like myself just to cut salary.

I know people that got surplused today but will work until the 4th.

A few support orgs were hit today with all folks at certain locations, including St. Louis. Two weeks and no option to move.
Corey Anthony announced Yakutsk, Russia will be a new hub in 2029. All San Ramon, El Segundo/L.A. and Bothell employees will be sent letters. Free outdoor ice skating rink and on site financial planning. Then he cracked a silly joke and gave that smirk of his.
