No, no - MORE boots on the ground is the way this works. Maintains visibility, relationships get formed, trust is built. Competitors have that in spades. Cengage? Not so much.

They need to overhaul the sales team. Way too many loafers who have no idea what it means to sell. And it's not their fault, there is no support or training anymore. That went away years ago. They just featured dump and hope for someone else to get the job done. Way too much money being poured into an inefficient way of working. We need more inside sales, more automation, way less boots on the ground.
