@OP the RIF has been going on the last 12 months!
@OP it seems that the companies which they have bought have been promised mgt positions. if your old line Williams or even Transco. You’re toast. Be prepared for a DEI leader from one of the acquire companies that has no clue about transportation. Be prepared to train your new management or punch out. I’m not talking about small understanding of transmission but none, God help all of us.
@OP starting last year, a lot of resignations and “retirements” announced, as well as remote roles returning to office, or not returning at all.
I feel like so many people are leaving that they won’t do one.
No knowledge but they are way overdue. It used to be every 3 years. Pay your bills off. You like need more than they need you.
