Today’s the day where some slacker always shows up to say the presence report is wrong. What gives? Is he on spring break?

I know why it’s wrong. This guy walks up to the door and badges and gets in his car and leaves all the time. Would that make it wrong?
The report was close last week, but this week I'm missing hours on 4 days. A couple of days, there are 3 hours missing. Frustrating.
