@et Nike did just fine growing into a global powerhouse with The Old Boys Club™. It started tearing at the seams when irrational DEI quotas were used to signal virtue and fairness instead of electing the best talent. The irony is almost too perfect.

I don't care what the CEO's name is; I just want one who will actually do the hard work of cleaning up a toxic culture full of nepotism, bad management, and entitled toddlers. One who will instill respect within the company and hold everyone accountable. One who will make shoes sell even in a bad economy, like cheaper brands do with cheaper shoe prices, so their employee can keep their jobs. Someone was saying that being woke is why Nike isn't selling shoes anymore and why its stock is bad. I have no clue where that came from, as, from where I am standing, it is still an old boys' club, with men holding high titles and white women having lower titles, serving as their secretaries, doing all their work.
Nike's stock is inversely tied to how many people we have "working" in ITC. If we end up with an Indian CEO like OP wants we're going to turn into a $10 stock.
