I got bad rating of DNM expectations. Am I gonna get fired with no severance or PIP or silent fire.
I am with the bank for 5 years and do not want to lose severance
Any help will be helpful for looking for jobs elsewhere.

@OP
the job market is a catastrophe
Some groups mandate that Managers rate 25% of the team DNM, 50% M, and 25% Exceeds. So could be you simply drew the short straw this period.
Was it for the Year or just first quarter? I wouldn't worry about anything mid-year, but YE could be a problem.
Believe me, they will find any excuse to "Terminate with Cause" to avoid paying any severance. A DNM rating is laying the basic foundation for that.
So whatever cause/reason/explanation they gave you for the DNM, if you want to stay or or avoid Termination with Cause, then you need to show proactive Above-and -Beyond Action Steps -- document all of this -- for everything you have done and are doing to address their stated reasons. You need to obliterate their reasons. They may come up with others, but that buys 6 more months for them to document.
You need to be on perfect outstanding behavior for a while to get past this,so they move onto someone else.
Like others here, I'd start su-king up with whoever you can who might understand your situation and could serve as a reference.
Start looking elsewhere. Very hard to rub that DNM stink of you, but I have seen several people turn it around.
What cause did they give you?
Based upon your grammar skills, we can see why. Start applying at other companies. Reality can be harsh.
@dd especially if he/she/they/them is in consumer
You will probably be promoted to a B3.
Freshen up your resume. DNM means “you’re on the list.”
