The constant changes and workload is getting out of hand.

I regret every soul su-king day I have to work here. Everyone is burnt out from having to take on additional workloads from people that were let go. People are down each other's throats or have taken the opposite approach of truly not caring. I hate it here.
It’s not just the vps and directors. But alot of middle managers don’t have any real work to do other than create trackers and micromanage their teams. No coaching, no development opportunities, nothing. And the rudest ones are always favoured by the vps. So many people hate this manager and avoid working under them yet leadership do nothing about it. Relax your working for Pearson not JPMorgan.
@1qj who is this person?
@1kk Same here. We had a bully too, no workable skills except playing politics, putting down colleagues, bullying, rubbing shoulders with "leadership" like MK, got 3 promotions in 3 years, came in as a college graduate and now in a "C" suite role. I hate people who fake their skills to climb the ladder.
@15q In my area we're about to see a well known bully whose driven away three people get her third promotion in four years.
So I don't really have much faith anymore.
@1hc I’m pretty sure it should be even lower than 50% but his random bots keep giving him approval here and there
I notice our CEO's approval rating on G lassdoor has dropped from high 80%+ mark when he started to just 57% now ...
Such incompetent exec and vp/director level leaders. Honestly does anyone even have good leaders in their division
The VPs/Directors that are left are just su-k ups and do not care about their team whatsoever. They let everyone go that actually understood the business and would challenge senior leaders.
@OP
Great, knowledgeable colleagues was always a main plus point at Pearson. But now they have mostly been kicked out or have left voluntarily, it's a totally different place to work.
