Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

This is such a broken way to operate

I spend all day in pointless meetings that add zero value. Then I have to work late to actually get my work done because there's no time during the day. It's a constant cycle of falling behind.

The smaller banks are so much easier to live with. I regret leaving them for an extra 10%. I plan on returning to them soon. This place is an unorganized disaster that can’t find its way forward with clarity, just fumbles along and gets lucky.

@OP - same here. It's pathetic and sad. I'm not paid enough to work this many hours a day and weekends to catch up.

@OP The company is getting two employees worth of work out of you while paying for one employee. (But, better to go with the flow, even though I personally don't agree with the companies methods. AI is taking over so many jobs. Even highly qualified people can't find a job these days.).
