If you were RIFd or rebadged, please post on Glassdoor and Indeed

Im so sorry it happened to you. But at least you can warn others, and give a tiny slice of payback. They do care a lot about FIS' public image

I was sc--wed over. How many are out there? If all of us post it would drive the ratings down

Would that matter at all? Maybe stephanie would be embarrassed the next time she's at Davos

Im posting. It costs nothing. You should too

That will hurt them badly. They will struggle to fill 3 positions they have in the company.

so true

Summarized by Glassdoor AI

What employees say about culture at FIS
Job stability & change — The loudest theme is change fatigue: repeated layoffs, frequent reorgs, and shifting direction leave morale shaky and people worried about what’s next.

Management & leadership — Experiences vary a lot by team. Direct managers and coworkers often get praise, while senior leadership gets called out for weak transparency, inconsistent decisions, and not acting on employee feedback.
