@c1 Considering the “offer” we were sent contains language where 2028 is the beginning of adhering to Cognizant accruals, best guess is no. I am assuming our vacation accruals are only being offered as a small carrot. We are being fired by FIS, so our tenure has ended and another “begins” at Cognizant.

The US Severance Policy specifically states in section B.6 that you are not eligible for severance from FIS if your position is moved to a contractor vendor and the vendor extends an employment offer to you.
@OP great question. I have over 25 years with fis and expect nothing if I reject the offer. Also am afraid to ask so as not to raise any red flags.
If they don’t accept the offer they become unemployed
