We used to have a slower season, a time when you could catch your breath and actually think. That doesn't exist anymore. The pace is relentless now, and the workload has become the baseline. Everyone is exhausted, but pointing it out feels pointless because leadership seems to think this is just how it should be.

@am and op, two completely stupid replies. When you are laid off, eat all the pizza you want. And because you’re racist brown skin comment falls flat as none would get that big a bonus for the check list work that is conducted. Critical thinking is a real thing.
@OP I really dislike dealing with people like this at JPMC. I usually just ignore them, and they get upset when they realize you are not reacting. Then they escalate and become more aggressive. Honestly, it might be worth someone starting a Reddit thread or even a discussion here and having a reporter look into these rumors about what goes on at JPMC. Any reporter looking here, please post your info here and make a story about this.

There are other jobs that are not like this and other teams within JPMC that are not like this. Go ahead work these fing hours, I bet you will start bi--hing with brown skin people get a bigger bonus than you. Then you will gossip to others about how bad that employee is and catching every little mistake that person makes. Ok, you make a paper trial, but at least that person is not miserable like you and living rent free in your head.
You realize people are losing their jobs, right? Layoffs yesterday and you’re bi--hing about having to work. You want the pace if you lost your job, STFU!
