@OP
No it's not over by a long shot.
This round (as with all OT layoff rounds) always start with a targeted geo or group usually on a Monday. Then it will roll thru all groups or geos until at least Thursday.
It happens this way every year. Finally if you get spared please note this happens at OT at least twice a year so get prepared and start saving. OT has never "not" had layoffs. It's a part of their operational strategy.

OpenText has the worst leadership team on the planet. They acquired my company and few years back and it was all toxic, all downhill from that point on. Took the most talented people I've ever worked with and laid them off. Complete mo--ns! They fired Mark B the CEO but the virus spread and couldn't be contained! So glad I got out of that toxic company. If you got let go, consider it a blessing in disguise!

EMEA has various states policies before you can WFR employees.
It usually takes months starting with work council consultations

Endings are not always bad. Most times they’re just beginnings in disguise.
