Most of us will not be with Oracle after the week. I dont know where I will go or what i will do but all i know is i need some time off. I have been working 15 years straight out of college. These last 3 years at Oracle have been the worst of my career

@OP Oracle isn't laying off its entire employee base, so the "most of us" line just isn't reality. I worked for 31 years straight. It's called work for a reason. If you want a break, then being laid off works well for you because you'll get a good package after 15 years. You'll get 4 weeks + 15 weeks. That's almost 5 months. However, it's hard out there right now. I wouldn't want to be laid off right now. The whole interview process has changed massively.
@a3 how, its not news. Should I call yours a fake post or does that make me a h-ter?
@aa sounds like a marriage on the rocks. Hope you had a prenup...
@a2 they irritate employees as only they do is constantly announcing success in social media meanwhile ignoring basic communication inside and ghosting employees questions.
@a2 It's not just at Oracle where people are worried about being dejobbed.
Fake news
Just too much anxiety going around. Why does Oracle have a bad reputation?
