@OP so many mass layoffs going on in the tech industry at the moment. Dell, Meta, epic games, Amazon, Block etc. So the question is if Netapp is about to announce big layoffs too? If so when? Before June or fall?

The layoffs are via attrition the new RTO policy
Live like you're always at risk for layoffs and losing your job. If you want job security, be a nurse or a teacher. The assumption should always be NetApp may lay you off for no rhyme no reason. There's no utility in trying to forecast it because leaders are moving away from the established layoff system.
Why layoff your workforce when you can PIP then fire them for missing the thrive together expectations?
