This CEO BM doesn't give a rats azz about us. He only cares about his Boston mafia cronies that kiss his azz all day.I hate it when he posts those stupid statements on flagshlit once in a while. Then he holds them stupid townhall meetings where everyone is afraid to speak their minds about this shlithole company.

well, maybe the Board should re-write the script that Costs Are Too High, because We Are Paying Him Too Much.

and his DRs too.

Bunch of losers who enrich themselves on the backs of overworked/underpaid employees.

BofA motto = Do More with Less

Good for him, clearly he is worth it and most of us are not. Prove him wrong, ask for raise or leave.

If you cannot get paid more you are getting paid fairly.

Market defines your pay not your manager.

Meanwhile there is a salary freeze for most employees who make a decent salary. What a joke !

Responsible growth, what a joke.

Year after year we watch this man enrich only himself.

He forces each team to do more with less people but only he gets the reward. I wish he would leave.

It's great to see the benefits of responsible growth. The market always rewards value creators.

Year after year this is disgusting. There needs to be laws that employees must receive a wage increase that matches inflation.

@gk In order for BM to laugh at us, he has to think about us as individuals which doesn't occur. We are just numbers in a corporate pyramid. As his salary is mostly based on BOA stock, I hope that it tanks just like it did in 2009. Even though it would affect us with our pathetic RSUs, BM and senior management would be significantly impacted. At that point, I would laugh at them!!! As we all know, that is not going to happen as corporate leaders know how to play the game.

Absolutely disgusting and atrocious for this incompetent man to get such a huge raise when so many at the company received dollars or nothing and are struggling to pay for food. It’s deplorable for these rich men… I’m sure they laugh at us on a daily basis.

I hope bm and his family can survive on only a 17% raise. Tough year.
