Ah yes, there you are. Never disappoints.
I don't know what is so hard to understand about the company offering a VSP to craft employees. I mean it is in the labor contract, but then again, maybe comprehension is not your forte.

Vsp offer for outside plant techs is what I've been told. I don't know if the company is offering the $50k enhancement like they offered last June for CO and network techs.
One thing I do know for sure is some "manager" will be here shortly to say "It will never happen."
