Firm update garbage

I find it ironic (in the recent update message) that PP set the clear expectation that EDJ would lead the industry in understanding and improving client well-being. Sounds like when she set that expectation, the fine print was omitted that should have read "while systematically destroying 100 years of culture, overseeing the first round of layoffs this firm has ever seen, and on the backs of people that have dedicated entire careers to this firm before we kick them out the door and replace them with foreign contractors."

Does anyone take what she writes seriously anymore?

@508 nah, they (like everyone else at the top) will plug it into chatgp or copilot. Nobody writes anything organically because they think that is "beneath them". But, nobody reads their AI slop because it a bunch of paragraphs that don't actually say anything. Bots and clowns run this circus now.

@OP everyone on my team used to laugh about it. We don't laugh anymore, now we just shake our heads and rage stare into the screen. We all read the letter in her voice & tone and it immediately makes our toes curl in our shoes all while remembering that we are nothing more faceless nameless objects to be deleted from an excel sheet at some point. We plan not for the next 100 years but can't even figure out the next 100 days.
