Is it unusual that the reviews were delayed by a week the day before they were scheduled to be released? We weren’t given any explanation for the change.

are they plan to cut bonus by half like Andrew did a few years ago? won't be surprised if that happens
It also provides extra time for them to figure out how to further reduce or eliminate your raise and bonus.

No. HR misses their date more often then they stick to it.
@OP because HR had to wait until those there were rift whose last day was February 6 – we’re gone in any team that was realigned under a new director or direct report was put in the system. If you got a new boss, they couldn’t have access to your review until just this week.
