For the laid-off employees in 2025, how did L3Harris provide you with your W-2? At my exit intreview HR said I will receive one via regular mail. I asked them to give me an ADP link that doesn't work for non-employees. HR blames payroll,l payroll blames HR, and I am about to call the IRS so I can get my W2.

@fr because the hiring managers are themselves id--ts who have no clue what they are doing let alone manage their subs

Was the VP of Human Resources aware of this? Why does L3harris keep hiring id--ts?
when this business develops and respects the rights of its workers. It's easy to have a list of names that you need to mail W2s to when you lay off employees. Now HR will blame payroll, payroll will blame ADP ... ADP will claim you receive penalty pay after washing their hands. "Oh, we paid a lot of fees and penalties. Let's do a round of layoffs," the management will suggest.
@OP don't call the company. Go directly to the IRS website and tell them the company has not complied. The deadline for your W2 was February 2, 2026.
Man, I do not know what type of management they hire at L3Harris. If you call the IRS and they get audited for every W2 they did not send, they will get penalized. Seems like Managment do not care about complying.
The deadline for a company to send your W-2 is January 31st. Because it fell on a Saturday this year the deadline was Monday February 2nd. If L3 Harris has not sent you your W-2, call the IRS hotline and tell them your employer is refusing to send you your w-2. Don't waste any more time calling the company, or hr, or payroll or anyone else.
