not to mention how sales try to sell solutions that we don't even support and then we look bad...and lose marketshare. Real nice.

@OP Agree, it's obvious. There's no upside at all to these changes - its all downside. This is just another creative way they have come up with to get more people to quit so they can avoid severance. This tells us all we need to know about how Dell is really doing.

For what I do, we don't have a comp plan so no clue what you're talking about.
