Planning on submitting two weeks notice on the 19th, which would mark my last day sometime in March, after bonus gets paid out. Assuming I don’t get let go immediately and work until my last day in March, would I still be paid out my bonus or is it possible that it wouldn’t get paid out? I don’t think they would let me go immediately due to KT sessions, but wasn’t sure how it would work

yall be a-hollerin' about the front bonus, you’ll be lucky to get any back bonus…
you ain't gonna get none of it!
Don't give them any notice. None.
For the love, please do not give notice before you see that money in your account.
This happened to someone I worked with 2 yrs ago. Forfeited $12K !! They hired an attorney but it didn't do any good. I am sick to my stomach just thinking about this.
Once it hits your bank account, transfer it it to your other bank account, so they don't su-k it back by EFT.
OP; you might be royally f.u.c.k.ing yourself in this case.
No! Don't do it! Two weeks notice is nice to give but not this situation. Get your paper right in your account.
I wouldn't say a damn thing until 2/27 at the earliest and probably wouldn't send the resignation email at 5pm eastern time.
Wait.
Get ya paper right
They can and they will. Happens to people I know every year. Wait till it hit your banks and give your two week… or just leave.
It clearly states you must be employed on bonus day.
..if you were to give your notice on the 19th...they would probably tell you to go now and no bonus for you.
.they really don't need you for two weeks...
2 weeks notice is a nice to have, not a need to have
If you want your bonus; keep quiet
Wtf - definitely do not give notice before the money hits your bank account.
Please send me part of your bonus for saving it.
@OP COUNT ON THEM WITHHOLDING YOUR BONUS PAYMENT!!! the path of lead resistance is to give your notice after the fact, ensure you get paid first. Unfortunately, here the statement.” past performance doesn’t determine future outcome.” does not apply. With the company finding every which way possible to not value their employees and save a buck, they will. Sadly, accountability and decency went out the window long ago.
I recommend giving notice on 3/1. You want the bonus in your bank account. They can let you go once you give notice.
