What's happening there? Did layoffs just stop in the last few years? I'm having trouble believing that, but anything is possible, I guess.

@OP same cr-ppy company with incompetent leadership. Its just a job to pay the bills until I find something better.
@OP there is so much occurring politically in our country that executive and middle leadership are consumed with watching state and federal legislation and initiatives regarding healthcare. There are lists for the next layoff cycle - those lists always exist, however there are too many other things going on for leadership to be consumed with layoffs, severance, etc.
Molina Employee here. No, there is nothing going on at the company at the moment. No layoffs of any kind. Granted they did close one of our small offices, in which state I don't recall, but only 200 plus people were let go.
