When is the next VoiceEX survey? Folks be careful. They say the comments are anonymous but being that we are assigned a PIN number, common sense tells you that you can be identified by your unique pin. If they really want to know about a particular comment someone made on the survey, they can easily obtain it. My guess is they will avoid all questions related to work/life balance. They already know what they’ve done and how the majority feels. That’s something that can’t be denied.

@as I think they are referring to feedback regarding the five day return to work week. Anyone has anything to say in the next survey, just keep in mind to keep it professional.
VoiceEx is useless. Same with the PigeonHole chat they would use during livestreams. Moderators eventually censored everything that didn’t fit the narrative and only allowed certain questions that were easy to answer or a subliminal comment/critique of how well we’re doing.
I served on a VoiceEx review team and 100%, managers always looked at the comments for clues on who scored them the way the did. This was before the recent change.
@OP we have to be honest on the survey. They do pay attention- they reinstated the 5 day vacation buy based on survey results.
