@c2 no. I got the official email from HR on Friday and by the time I got it I didn't have any desire to do any performance reviews. I waited until this week. We managers, at least some of us, have a lot of other meetings we still have to do besides the performance reviews so we're fitting them in.

Performance reviews were good to go since December 10th. There isn't a whole lot of good news so perhaps that is why your manager is procrastinating it?

@OP When executive leadership is done determining arbitrary performance rating downgrades to ensure their million+ dollar bonuses are 100% funded.

It doesn’t matter honestly they will squeeze out maybe 1-2% merit and like that’s supposed to align with inflation and us performing 3 people’s jobs. Sick to my stomach.
