Wow! Some concerned about bonus! Let me tell you, I was displaced on 9/30/25. I don't get a bonus. I don't get anything really. And to be clear, I thought like you OP! Yep, so some got laid off, but we are here doing all the work now. I guess that might have some basis, but I have to say, I've got NOTHING. And the job market SU-KS. Yes, those of us who've been cast off, we are not thinking bonus. We are thinking, how to provide for the family, how to put food on the table, how to pay the bills. I get your bonus concern. Can you get my survival concern?

@dp so easy for to belittle and judge others, hopefully no one will ever treat you this way... though you 100% deserve a bitter taste of your own medicine.
@kw we don’t believe you. She is the one that reworked the bonus pool and most were receiving 20% less than several years earlier.
Bei Ling fought for, and won, a larger bonus pool this year.

@OP - I was laid off last year around the same time. You will get a bonus if your manager(s) decide to provide them to the team - all of us on my team who got the axe received bonuses and they were comperable (a bit less) than normal.
The job market STINKS right now. My advice would be to go through a recruiter - it seems the only way you are able to get in front of a manager.

Not here to scold you. Frankly, I forgive you. You have no idea what it's like to struggle to provide for family when unfairly given the shaft.
If you did, your reaction would be different.
I can easily search and have been. The market is not that good. Yet, I keep trying. What are you doing besides cutting down those who've been termnated?
@a1, You are a bully at heart aren't you? This board is NOT exclusively for WF employees. I know your HR at WF is designed and managed to keep you on edge.

Bonuses won't come out until February. You don't know whether you got one or not. If you were on payroll (not severance but does include notice period) on 9/30, and your role was eligible, then you are eligible.
Get off this board and leave the conversation to those still working here.
