If this wasn't so serious and affected so many employees livelihoods, it would be funny. Why are this bunch of clowns still at the controls? I afraid it's now too late to do anything about this. The plane is too close to the mountain to take evasive action.
I'm lucky, I managed to jump ship in 2024 after 36.5 years and don't regret it one bit. I met so many good people at Xerox in that time and can remember when the staff were seen as the most highly prized asset the company had. To hear the CEO now suggesting the lack of success is down to those same employees and that they need to prioritise the company over their own well-being, clearly shows he has no idea of what it meant to be a Xeroid. The bulk of those he has insulted would have previously, (I've no doubt) worked unpaid hours to fix a customer machine or pulled out all stops to make sure equipment is delivered and installed before month/quarter/year-end. They would have been to ones working at weekends, putting their customer and the company before their families. So how have the suddenly become a lot of work-shy slackers? The answer, Steve B, is that they haven't, they have not been lead by a competent SLT for years. To all my ex-colleagues I say, I hope you have as good a Christmas as you can and that 2026 is kind to you. To Steve B I say, you had the golden goose and you and your fellow clowns have fu---d it up. I hope you have trouble sleeping at night.

Here's my letter to the head grifter: besa me culo
A this stage the EXEC TEAM is just here to drive it into the garage and pull down the door. Thats it.
Those bucks are to park it, turn out the lights and lock the door. Theres no expectation of taking it out for another drive.
Get off this site and get back to work you useless slugs. Have a nice day.
@ek nobody is buying it. Check the credit rating and the stock price.
What is striking, to me anyway, is the degree of fraudulence being peddled and the public buying it, going on 8 years at a boil with this regime.
Yeah, good old Bandy, no CEO would ever keep his job with his complete lack of success. Even his staff is clueless, for all the saber rattling about how much his SLT will help us close December, they are nowhere in December, and not answering emails. Since most of them are some in Europe, forget about anyone responding past noon EST. Sorry if you live on the West coast.
“...you had the golden goose...” The goose was not golden in 2022. I don’t think it was even a goose... maybe pigeon?
Oh dear, time for the Xerox and Lexmark people to bicker 🙄
Why would the investors and board of directors replace the guy who stated multiple times that his #1 priority is to return money to those said investors and board of directors?
The xerox lean six sigma belt brain trust kicking into high gear: Strongly worded letters! Ambiguous targeted forays into broad sectors already dominated by Tech Power Houses. Data/Server farms? Hilarious. Xerox couldn’t start a rabbit farm! SIYL and sell a lexmark printer.
Ahh the forward mirror xeroid geniuses. Just like xerox they didn’t innovate. They stuck around and drank and kept drinking the blended malt kool aid aged 40 years and just watched the ice berg get bigger and bigger in the forward mirror. Suddenly it’s, “Hey, this ain’t scotch... this ain’t even kool aide!”
Bandy is so f'n awful it is impossible for anyone but an insider to even understand. He, and his staff, seem to truly exist in an alternate reality.
@at You are a rear view mirror genius. Got anything new to add beside a 55 year old story?

“clearly shows he has no idea of what it meant to be a Xeroid.”
xerox basically gave away technology decades ago that gave birth to Apple, a multi trillion dollar company... It looks like current xerox SLT knows very well what it meant / means to be a xeroid. xerox legacy is in very excellent hands.
Not only does Steve B have no idea what it means to be a Xeroid, he has no idea how to be a decent human being. And sadly all the EC are the same - the whole lot of them + the new managers from LEX are just as bad in terms of the lack of respect they show anyone.
@OP SteveB is a failure. Passing fault to the employees proves it.
In a time where tech companies have every opportunity to invent and create and offer services, Steve failed as well as past ceos.
IDEAS:
Data/server farms, AI, IT Sec, IT data/equip recovery, IT audit procedures for large corp….. the ideas are endless. And you have employees at the base of all these areas.
Again, you failed Steve, Ann, Ursula….how many other CEOs has X had in the past 20 years. I’ve actually lost track.
