I know this sounds bad but promotion should be the last thing on your mind in there. Do you not see what is happening around you? If not, you will.
You don't get a promotion unless you're already senior like all of the MD and other 'leadership' promotions.
@a6 I loved my status changed from OOO to VVV
The best promotion (after vvv status) is moving from one part of the company to another, changing jobs. Promotion within the same team means more work with same pay!

Firings are now considered a promotion to VVV freedom status.
Honestly… do you really believe there is such a thing as a promotion here? All you get is a few bucks more maybe 6 months from now and more work and impossible deadlines.
Stop with calling these promotions. The people giving these so called things aren’t qualified to reward anyone.
