We have a group chat in Teams to discuss this site and our favorite Fanta flavor. However, before we send our messages we run them through the Co-Pilot with prompts to make our posts verbose. We even created a tableau dashboard to observe trends on this site. One pattern we noticed is lack of “tech was affected” and the cafeteria woman in charlotte looking to satisfact.

I believe this site is funded by big companies so they get an idea of company morale. In Wells Fargo's case, they use this site to make sure their practices are making everyone miserable.
@a7 Your guys are smart. Thanks for exposing bad managers and bad departments for those new employees. I know one of the managers in Risk is so pisse*d because her name has been mentioned so many times in the website. Everybody know she is a joke now :-)

My team does. Our boss is a know-nothing simpleton who doesn't know the difference between up and down. So no, I don't think they know.
