@kq They hate American employees because we recognize what we are worth and are more willing to stand up for ourselves when we aren't compensated fairly.
That is not true. They are hiring in the US. Not a lot of people. But some. Most of it through H1-B. I am not sure why they don’t hire Americans. Maybe they don’t like us. Or maybe Michael is planning to relocate to India.
was also told no backfill for positions yet they are hiring in India, so apparently their is backfill, just not in the US. Piece of cr-p company
Was told from VP that there will be no promotions!!!! But their hiring five for the price of one in India!!!
Watch the cashflow. stock buy back pause would happen first.
Except they have been hiring thousands of ppl in India over the last 3-4 years.
