@c8 100% agree. There a slackers in my workgroup but I'll bet that they will survive this RIF because they are in with the AD. Bunch of @ss lickers.
Unfortunately, they don't cherry pick the ineffective employees to go. I saw people working so hard to have good results thinking it would save them from a layoff. Didn't matter.
We need some new acronyms and catchy slogans, that usually fixes things. Add in some trainings that no one pays attention to and bo-m! While we’re at it, let’s spend a few billion and buy a useless company that is going down. This folks is the recipe for success
A lot of directors and above work really hard on producing things absolutely worthless to the company. Never ending chain of presentations their employees have put together for the purpose of su-king up to the VPs

@OP 100%. When they are gone on vacation and you can’t tell the difference between if they are working or on vacation, you know you can do without them.
