Does everyone submit your feedback on your Boss in The Real Deal bot survey ? My boss never reminded me to take this survey anytime ;) Are they scared? Is this for real or another junk

I’ve definitely put a target on my back. Don’t appreciate the favoritism.
@OP no, I don’t want your feedback because you are fired, tomorrow morning will have a 10 mins meeting with you.
I totally ignored those surveys. Probably an easy way to put a target on your back. Also my manager is usually completely clueless so he probably doesn’t even know about it anyways. 😂
