@f2 your percentages of those who took the VRP are way off, it was way less. We actually receive a document with all positions offered and all positions that took the last VRP offered. I would estimate 10% or less took the VRP.

Everyone over the age 55 and 10 yrs working or 60 years old and 5 years working at Pepsi got a VRP via email. Approximately 55-60% of folks excepted it. They got 2weeks for every year with company. Max 52 and benefits during that time period.

@bh I was let go at the end of May 2024 and received severance until the end of Jan this year. I had 17 years in.

Is that for every Year ?
I know some have received
1 week/ for every up to 19yrs
2 weeks for 20yrs and above

2 weeks for every year of employment. 52 weeks maximum.
