Thread regarding CVS layoffs

finance leadership changes

who else is tired of these leadership changes in finance that make no sense? extra work training the new bosses, just for them to be sent elsewhere in 6 months.

The organization changes make sense as the prior framework was kind of clumsy. The new hires are from GE (never a good thing) and Humana (CVS poaching a lot of leaders from Humana recently).

The new org design makes more sense and is closer to what existed in both sides previously. But I’m not yet sure what BN is doing with the new leaders from outside.

It is all a club. I mean bring in another GE person guess where our new cfo work / interacted with. CVS does not in general higher director and an above for actual job qualifications but who's nephew/niece etc is.
We take people who were leaders during a failing company and hire

@OP Well, at least you get to train them. Our new management, who we merged with barely ever even asked questions, but always has the answers. Total chaos.
