People complaining on reddit that during exam session on the MyLearn courses it crashes down. Will AI be supportive to resolve issues?

I don't know what this has to do with layoffs?
@b8 Whatever its flaws, I do much better with MyLearn than sitting there watching OTube videos. If you get interrupted, have to make a note of the timestamp of where you left off when you get back to it. I like the breaks for assessments.
It s most likely because of the proctoring add-on, which is owned by another company, and actually their technical support is quite good.

AI sees all, knows all.
Mylearn is not up to mark at its core, it is plain over-engineering and bad ux. No matter of "AI" is going to fix it .
