I did this exact thing. Anything was better than working for someone who has never done the job before and only leadership experience was from a book.
@a3 a lot of people think this way, but only a fraction of them actually make moves.
I’ve been on the job hunt for months - the market is BRUTAL, tech jobs are scarce and salaries are lower than in f9.
