my guess is it should correct downward 30% next few weeks
@OP Ah yes. Because there was not an immediate improvement in 24 hours then it had to be the wrong move. 🙄 Let's be real, the layoffs weren't the problem. The people in power who allowed headcount and the org chart to get to this point were the problem.
