EK will never come to most stores. He and his executive team only care about the precious top 75 stores.

Fear and intimidation.
Won’t listen to your concerns as to the needs of the store and school.
If you grovel perhaps you will be prompted to store CEO with no additional compensation nor input.

EK will wear a stupid suit. Imagine a Muppet with no taste. It'll be embarrassing, but what can you do? It's like telling a toddler not to wear a tuxedo.

His team will scare the sh*t out of you and drive your team (which, at this point is two or three people) absolutely nuts. You'll prepare for days, and none of that work will matter.

He and the OTC people will eventually go away, and you'll get to get drunk.

Best company ever.

Good luck.

I had one store visit and it was quick. Your RM and your RVP will probably have meetings with you prior to the visit and just go over the reports and numbers you'll need to know if asked. It's probably better if the school admin is part of the meeting because you'll be left out of those discussions because of your register and pick up window shift . Haha.
