Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

High Salary Offer - Accept or Not

Have a offer. How risky is to accept? They are paying way beyond their standard offering for the role. In Nike , placed fine but loosing my relevance and experience and grossly underutilized(Very high workload but low expertise/support role)

Love to know what band level/level or whatever we are calling it today because your grammar is terrible so I’m praying you aren’t over a level 20.

@aa I don’t see the logic in rejecting a highly paid job because then you will not have raises.

If you wanna leave, that's a personal decision, but I wouldn't take a role that was at the extreme top of the range. You will be stuck without raises for years and you will stick out like a sore thumb for cuts. Try and see if you can leverage the role be modified to a similar or even lower base at a higher comp level
