How does the Executive Director (ED) role at Wells Fargo compare to the Band 4/Director role at Bank of America? It seems really impressive to me. Is it typical Standard role where more people have similar titles?

Long time BofA here, who has seen MANY colleagues make the leap over to WF.
Yea, it's a sh!t show over there, but no more than here and more at a kindgergarten level.
they are desperate for talent. they will pay you.
BofA will not.
@OP if I were you I would definitely go to WF. That ED position should pay rather well... Let me clarify. That ED position will pay well for the 30 days you'll be with WF. If you are serious about this position, you need to do a little research reference WF and the volume of anticipated layoffs coming over the next 6 months. If I recall correctly, I believe WF is trying to trim their workforce by 12.5%.
...and to the one who posted that you shouldn't even have to ask about band pay levels, especially on this site.
OP asked the same question in the other forum. Just creating spam.
@OP If you have to ask this question on this forum, then you should not be in the position at BOA or at the one at WF. As responded earlier by @b2, you are resented by the productive people at BOA (and WF). You need to research the info on your own when it comes to glorified titles and responsibilities.
Either role still puts you in a position that the productive people of society resent.
