I know they are tracking work computers in the office. What about personal devices? Can I take a call in the office when I’m in the bathroom? Will this count as activity? Will my score go up or down if I flush? Can they track how many minutes I’m in there via my IP?

BYOD devices aren't picked up by the tracking
Is this post for real!? LOL
If you flush more than once, you may get on a PIP.
Just connect your laptop to the network before you go to the can.
People hide out in offices all day watching videos on their phones or pcs so go for it.
BYOD allows you to add points to your wf social credit score. By liking your colleagues emails and replying to external emails you will earn points reasonable towards a severance package of your choice.
@OP flushing = productivity
drama queen much?
