I have zero intentions of not signing but just want to make sure there is no reason to get a lawyer to review.

Just sign. Lots of threats but WF knows none of it will stick in court
I think everyone should have a lawyer look over the documents. As a best practice. There are clauses in there that if you violate, they yank the severance. You need to know what you can, and can not do. I had 108 pages of agreements in addition to the cover letter. Thats just plain nutz.

Just remember that Wells is not required by law to offer you any severance benefits. This is 100% discretionary on their part. The only mandated actions are on state and federal notice periods. So, if you don't sign the agreement as is, you get no severance. End of story.
You can bet WF has covered their azzes on this.
@OP I did since I WFH with a medical accommodation. Lawyers said it looked good and wasn’t much I was able to do.
