The SETH is a waste of time, the ELT does not care about the employees anymore. The new staff is contractors and MSPs.

SETHs became a total waste of time once MW took over and filled the room with sycophants and diversity placements reading scripted softball-lob questions. Pick up the "highlights" on TheLayoff instead.

How much longer will you allow Les to destroy the company’s performance with people hindered day to day for easy IT services going down (20+ major IT incidents in a couple of months) while also eroding the values of Chevron with the blatantly unethical hiring practices and nepotism, kickbacks to his friends, and bringing them in at significantly higher pay grades than their predecessors in a time of cost reduction.
What is our exit strategy for Engine when it crashes and burns?
Is the offshoring of jobs actually working? If so, is there evidence or actual data that is tracked as competitive performance initiatives that show that this is working,
Will any of the c suite take a pay cut as a result of continued safety incidents and poor employee sentiment?
When will the board take action and do their job to replace poor performance?
