@rv the Internet is already centralized. There are only a handful of sites that are used by most. Not saying this a good thing. Its sad to see.

@OP Prior to the internet was the ARPANET. One of it's goals was to provide a reliable and decentralized communication network, For AI, we are talking about mammoth data centers which flies contrary to the decentralization of the ARPANET. Just gotta love it...
