Doesn’t seem like the culture at Capone would be worthwhile to stay around for anyways. A culture powered by PIPs and toxic management sounds like it a top place to avoid, not one you should be interested in working at.

It’s really sad what’s become of C1. They bs you with west coast kindness then stab you in the back. Terrible terrible company and culture. I will never ever recommend this company. So glad I don’t work there anymore.

The merger is and will be a disaster from the internal aspect of consolidating technologies, processes, and teams.

Wow, though layoffs are expected. It’s sad to see Discover die off like this. No real leaders exist there anymore.
