The CES should be released. Its obvious MW is "So Vain, I bet he thinks this song is about him" and cant believe he's lost pretty much every employees respect. Its not us, its definitely you! Let's break up and you move out!

My manager shared the results a few weeks after the survey closed. I assumed all managers did the same, but apparently they did not. Why am I not surprised?
@a4 it's not completely pointless. If it's so bad they hide it, then at least they're not wasting our time with BS about how it shows were improving and false promises of actions to do better
I’ve been giving honest feedback for over a decade—the good, the bad, and the ugly—because I believed it had at least some value, even just as a pulse check. But now that the results are hidden, participating in the CES became pointless.
The last release CES they lied about, you really don't expect different. I agree with you, but demanding to a rigged, corrupt, corporation is of no value.
