I’m trying not to stress, but we’re losing several people to ERP right in the middle of our busiest season, including a couple of managers. The silver lining is that some fresh faces might finally help clean up the mess we’ve been dealing with for years. Need an overhaul.

The alternative to fresh faces is to eliminate the department altogether. Highly unlikely
So fresh faces and cheaper labor will be better than the experience that is leaving? To very top make the decisions and they are going no where. I just shake my head.
@OP Fresh faces? You have to be kidding me. Very few roles will be backfilled. ERP is just a sly way to get rid of higher paid older associates by making them feel that they somehow have some control in the situation so the company does not get sued for discrimination. No silver lining here and the very few replacements that are hired will be bottom of the barrel cheap so don’t expect any help.
@fb Right fresh faces, much cheaper salaries plus all the hoopla cr-p they require us to do on one post dc call is Rediculous! Not to mention the cheap, horrible, Genesys system they switched to so they could save money on!
I will be laughing and watching from afar to see how well these "fresh faces" do at replacing the seasoned veterans they ran off with the ERP. Utter failure is imminent.

Let's see how many people Humana loses for cheering on social media about Charlie Kirk passing. Perhaps as woke as Humana is, it will turn into a mass hiring opportunity.
