I have decided to not post nor visit this site anymore. I do not believe to is beneficial to me.
I still may sue Humana for discrimination and/or HR not taking my concerns seriously about being harassed by my Director and shamed constantly in front of staff on team calls for years. Still mulling that decision over however.
I think most likely Humana will no longer be a company beyond a year or maybe two. But who knows. I will probably continue praying for wicked behavior to be dealt with and mercy be shown to the workers.
Anyway, adios. You guys are on your own. Good luck with whatever you got going on.
@OP. The title of this post vs all the crazy/creepy responses from this person posting lol. You can't make this stuff up lol. But.... It is somewhat concerning. This person needs a psychological eval, STAT. No doubt in my mind. We will all pray for you to get the help you need.
@a1 Very true and after the ERP dust settles and UM is centralized it’s going to be even worse. Most departments won’t be able to backfill and those that are left going to be targeted for termination if they can’t keep up.
It's ok to leave a company that makes you unhappy. Life is too short
