The job market isn’t as bad as everyone’s been saying. Or maybe it was and it scared people off from applying, and now there are plenty of opportunities again. I don’t know for sure. What I do know is that I had several interviews lined up right away, and within a month I got a good offer. The pay’s about the same, but I get better benefits and, more importantly, the culture seems so much better than Humana. Go and apply, folks. You’ve got nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Do tell where did you go. We can compile a list!
@g0 Or maybe their nose is growing
Maybe you got lucky?
What kind of role were you interviewing for?
@OP Where did you go?
Humana severance policy is 2 weeks of pay for each year of service.
@OP I guess Humana HR is asking people to leave voluntarily with original post since this is one way not to pay severance (or unused vacation). Not sure what the Humana policy is but many companies pay one months salary when an employee is laid off, or one week per years of service. Remember, if you leave on your own, you won't get paid severance.
We all know the job market is really bad when June job number got revised to negative 13,000 and August job number in US economy only produced 22,000 jobs. June, July, August job numbers were below 30,000 and the original poster said they got a job. Well, let's see how long that job lasts for a new hire. Good Luck! The job market is really bad with AI taking over many jobs.
