Laid off after decades here. This is the worst feeling—it's hard to process. It seems completely self-defeating to lay off developers while keeping others who don’t add real value. Developers are now officially extinct in the US.
I should have seen this coming, especially with all the knowledge transfer sessions and the shift in management location to IDC.
I was let go from the cerner connect side today given the same 9-22 date
Which CX team?
If you logged that knowledge anywhere, they are expecting AI to be able to retrieve and interpret it.
Time will tell...
