I have seen several examples where talented and experienced people had to go but bad performing H1Bs got to stay! The foreign mangers were the enablers as they also don’t do any work!
well the d-mb american posting this and all the other sh-t really should go back to the farm. let the smart immigrants lead the country, and remember almost everyone in the US was an immigrant at one time.

@OP H1B isn't the only visa scam. It has spread to OPT an O1 visa as well. The entire USA Work Visa system has become a scam thanks to foreigners from India and China. They are taking away American jobs from Americans. Not sure what "extraordinary ability" these O1 applicants have, that Americans don't have.
Without data to back it up and a willingness to take into the court of public opinion, I fear this would be a fools errand.
Yep. You have a legitimate grievance. I see it too. Call your representatives and demand change.
